Orders and payment

Please review your product, quantity, delivery address and purchase option before submitting an order. Payment is due as stated at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; if an item is unavailable or a clear pricing error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and refund any payment for the cancelled item. We do not substitute products or change agreed charges without your consent.

Prices and products

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping and any charges collected by us are disclosed before payment. Promotional prices and comparison prices are shown on the product page. Halo includes one installed filter; extra filters are sold separately. Product photographs illustrate the product and finish, but screen colours may vary. Follow the product’s installation and care instructions.

One-time purchases and extra filters

All purchases are paid once. Halo includes one installed filter. An optional pack of three extra Halo filters costs $39.95 and can be added to your Halo order or purchased separately. You choose when to order additional filter packs; each order is paid once. See our purchase-options policy for order cancellation information.

Delivery and returns

Estimated US delivery is 8–12 days. Halo showerheads ship free. See our shipping policy for delivery information and our 30-day return policy for returns and refunds. Returns are requested by email and sent to the sender’s address supplied in our reply; the customer pays change-of-mind return shipping.

Faulty goods and complaints

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, consumer guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not promise a medical result or a specific skin or hair outcome.

Use of the website

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate order details. Do not interfere with its security or use its content in a way that infringes others’ rights. Our site content belongs to its respective rights holders. Shopify provides the commerce platform; Eaulure is the seller responsible for your order.

We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights in their country of residence. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to existing purchases.
