Shipping & delivery

We currently ship only to the United States. Our estimated delivery time is 8–12 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Your delivery address must be eligible at checkout.

Shipping costs

All orders to the United States ship free, including Halo showerheads and separate filter orders. No minimum order amount is required. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you pay. If import duties apply, any amounts collected by us are shown at checkout; charges not collected at checkout may be requested by customs or the carrier under the applicable import rules.

Order details

Check your delivery address before submitting your order. If you spot an error, email contact@eaulure.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change once shipment has been arranged.

Tracking, delays and delivery problems

Keep your order confirmation and any shipment updates. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows a problem, email contact@eaulure.com. We will investigate and provide the next steps. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will inform you and offer the cancellation or refund rights required by law.

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and photos where possible. Please retain the packaging while we investigate. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Halo and extra filters

Halo includes one installed filter. The optional extra-filter pack contains three replacement filters and is a one-time purchase for $39.95 USD. Order additional packs whenever you need them; each order is paid once.
