Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Email contact@eaulure.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. A reason is optional for a change-of-mind return.

Where to send your return

We send the sender’s return address and return instructions by email after your request. Please request these instructions before shipping. Korte Hogendijk 76 is our business address only and must not be used for returns.

Return shipping and condition

You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Use protective packaging and keep proof of shipment. Return the item with its included parts. Please take reasonable care when inspecting the product; where applicable law allows, a deduction may be made for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email us if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photos so we can resolve the issue. The customer-paid return shipping rule does not apply where we are legally responsible for the defect or error; we arrange the appropriate return or remedy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For cancellations covered by a statutory withdrawal right, we refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice and may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first. The cost of standard outbound delivery is refunded where legally required; additional express delivery costs are excluded. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Halo and filter packs

This policy applies to Halo and the optional pack of three replacement filters. Halo includes one installed filter; the extra 3-pack is purchased separately. All orders are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewals. If you return part of an order, identify the items in your email so we can provide the correct instructions and refund amount.

Cancellation before shipment

Email contact@eaulure.com with your order number to request cancellation before fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, follow the return instructions above.

Your statutory rights

Our 30-day return period is additional to any mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty goods. Those rights are not limited by this policy.

To notify us of withdrawal, email: “I wish to withdraw from my purchase of [items], ordered on [date], received on [date], order number [number]. My name and address are [details].” You may use this wording or any other clear statement.
